Returns or exchanges on most new, unused/unopened items can be made within 30 days of original date of purchase. An applicable restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned freight prepaid and a copy of the original invoice must accompany the shipment.
Date-sensitive items (relief valves, hoses, etc.), cut hoses, open electronics and special order items cannot be returned. An exception may be made for special order items with prior vendor approval and will be subject to vendor restocking fees plus applicable freight and brokerage fees.
