INSide Sales/order desk

Are you experienced in customer service and farming technology? We're a full-service supplier to the fertilizer and propane industries, and we're looking for an Inside Sales/ Order Desk to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to support customers by answering incoming calls, customer visits, and emails, and respond to customer inquiries.

  • Prepare quotes and assist with order desk operations, including customer calls and walk-in inquiries.

  • Take, process, and invoice parts orders for a wide variety of fertilizer applications.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships and contact assigned customers by phone, maintaining customer contact notes.

  • Participate in sales events and training meetings

  • Assist with social media, providing ideas, posts, and photos for our social pages and e-newsletters.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to steering and guidance, NH3 and liquid application control, VRA mapping, and variable rate systems.

What you bring to the table:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in an agriculture-related role is a strong asset.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons, including some weekends.

  • Sales experience, including familiarity with sales software.

  • Crop Technology Diploma or Agricultural Machinery Technician Certificate is an asset.

  • Knowledge and experience with GPS, application control, guidance and steering systems, sectional control, mapping, and variable rate technologies is considered an asset.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • A strong interest in learning and staying updated with new technology and data solutions.

  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment with a focus on customer needs.
